Maureen recently launched her consulting business,  Transformational Leadership & Coaching, after decades of global and Human Resources leadership roles in education, technology, financial services, pharma/bio-tech and healthcare.  Her clients include global, national, and regional firms, who are seeking transformational people practices aligned to their business priorities. 

She is a life-long learner who provides clients with a unique mix of creativity, innovation and practical, easy-to-integrate people solutions. Services are provided virtually and/or in person, and some recent projects include:

●      Developing a rigorous talent management and succession planning process to support firm’s growth

●      Designing performance scorecards and dashboards to measure effectiveness and identify gaps

●      Enhancing individual and team collaboration to increase engagement and retention

●      Recruiting C-level leader to further accelerate firm’s business success

●      Providing Executive Coaching engagements to accelerate leadership development

●      Co-designing and facilitating leadership development and mentorship programs

In addition to her business expertise, she is passionate about serving her community, sharing creative pursuits, and practicing health and wellness.  She is the Chair of the Board of the Walkway Over the Hudson; an Advisory Board Member at Marist College, where she serves as a mentor and an HR Advisor.  She also serves as a Committee member of the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Development Program. 

Maureen earned her A.A.S. degree from Parsons School of Design, B.S. degree in Communications from City College, and an M.A. degree from New York University. She is a certified Executive Coach through Columbia University, Teacher’s College, is certified in DiSC, Hogan, Change Management Practices, Crucial Conversations and The Leadership Accountability Program Services.
